Configure an IM hot spot on Web page

This user wants to create an IM "hot spot" on a Web page, and wants to know if this can be configured on a Domino hosted Web server using .nsf files.

Can you offer advice on how to configure an IM "hot spot" on a Web page? I'd like to set up a button on my Web site -- basically a click-here-to-chat-with-a-tech button -- to give customers the capability of communicating with my help desk. Can this be configured on a Domino-hosted Web server using .nsf files?
Sure you can. I have even written a tip for SearchDomino specifically about that, in which I described how to use Sametime to chat-enable your Web site.
