Containing internal users

status = 'A'
roles = [external user] nad [internal user]

I have a reader and an author field in my form. The creator of the document can set additional readers and authors, which have either an internal users or external users role. This works fine.

Question: If one of the authors edits the document and changes the field "status" to 'B', the authors must contain internal users and the readers' field should only contain external users.how. How do I do this?
If I understand the question correctly, one way to do this would be use the QuerySave event of a form for a Notes client app, or the WebQuerySave event of a Web app. You can create an agent that will check the status field and make the changes to the authors and readers fields if required.
