Convert @Picklist to working on a browser

I am converting Lotus Notes clients database to Web-enable, but I do not know how to convert @Picklist to working on the browser (because @Picklist is not working on the Web). Do you have any idea or HTML methods to get the same results of Picklist on the Web?

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to do this... I normally use JavaScript to provide this sort of functionality. You can use the window.open method to open a new window containing a form, the pass the information that the user enters/selects back to the parent form... Check out the Document Object Model (DOM) for JavaScript, everything you need to do this is in there, just takes more work.
