Create special values such as $$Return

I am a new Lotus developer -- could you show me how to create special values such as $$Return?
Your question is too broad -- there are many "special values" in Notes and the method is not the same for all of them. Web development on any platform is complex, and I suggest you take the Domino web development training, which covers this and other topics.

For $$Return specifically, please refer to "Customizing the 'Form processed' confirmation for Web users" in the Domino Designer help.
