Database (.nsf) has grown too large

I got this error Database (.nsf) has grown too large; Use File New Replica to recreate your file with larger capacity: <ServerName>/mail.box We already replicate our file but still we can't send immediately our e-mails especially using attachments, and we cannot received some of the e-amils sent for us.

This probably means that your database is approaching or very close to 1GB and that your servers are either 4.5x or 4.6x. To fix this, you must make a NEW REPLICA of the databases that you want to exceed 1GB. When you do this, set the maximum database size to the new limit that you want to enforce. Or, you can just upgrade the server to R5 and convert all the databases to the R5 On disk structure which supports sizes up to 64GB.
