Date change caused problems with view indexes

The server date was changed (by mistake) to a future date, it was running like this for a day or two until I noticed it when I changed the date back to the correct value. Since then, I'm having problems with view indexes. I do not see new docs in the views untill I manually rebuild the view index with shift+f9. What can i do now to fix this ?! Please help.
There isn't much you can do. This problem will persist with any documents that were affected until you reach the date that you accidentally entered.
