Q

Displaying the value that is selected by the user

I have a text field say Cities, which has multi value property checked. I have entered values like A1, A2, A3, A4, etc. I have another computed field DispCities which has the formula Cities, and i have created an action hotspot over the field. The requirement is to display the value that is selected by the user in a message box, say - the selected city is A3, etc.

Is this possible, If so, please send me the code.
If I understand correctly, DispCities is not really included in the problem, it is just something to glue the hotspot to. Cities contains the data and you want to display in a message box. You could just use a "Formula Pop-Up" and in the formula for that object, enter "cities" (without the quotes). That should do it. If you need to lookup a city code or city name, you could do that with variables and return the variable. If you need carriage returns between city names, you could use variables and concatenate them together with @Char(13)
