Email is not reaching recipients

We are running a Notes 4.6.1 Domino Server. All of a sudden we cannot send mail out. We have been sending via the Internet for about 1 year now with no problems. Our ISP states that they did not do anything. I can ping and resolve. We are recieving mail fine. Mail looks like it is going out, but the recipient never gets it and there are no returned errors. A consultant at Dominopowered set up my system and I am really at a loss. I have searched the notes.net and am still having a hard time figuring out what's wrong. Desperately trying to learn Domino.

There have to be delivery failures, and those need to be investigated. This is a time sensitive problem, I would imagine. I suggest you get a consultant in to look at your problem ASAP.
