- Make a backup of names.nsf as it is now.
- Go to File -> Database -> Properties -> Design Tab -> Inheritance. Make sure the master template for the database is set correctly. It should be "StdR4PublicAddressBook," with template version = 6.0.3 (or other 6.x number).
- Do a design refresh. File -> Database -> Refresh Design.
I think it is better to change the design to the right template then refresh with the right template.
