How do I generate a keyword list that will exceed 65,000 bytes - the list of keywords is taken from 32,100 documents?
Currently, Notes/Domino has a 64k limit on fieldsize. I understand that this may go away with Rnext, but that doesn't help you. The best way around this is to use @Picklist instead of @DBlookup or @DBColumn. Picklist does not have the limitations that the other two methods do. Picklist cannot be cached and cannot be used for web pages. See more information on this in the technote at http://www.support.lotus.com/sims2.nsf/eb5fbc0ab175cf0885256560005206cf/c26b3aaf800fa39fc12566c80033fcdd?OpenDocument&Highlight=0,picklist .

Other methods that you might consider are:
- have your users start from the view that contains the documents you want to include in the keyword list then create the document or
- categorize the documents in the view so users choose a keyword from the categories first, then select from the documents in the category they selected.
