Giving clients Editor access with Out of Office agent access

This question is in response to your answer from my previous question, regarding preventing clients from modifying or deleting their mail template name from their Database Properties. You indicated that only Designer or Manager have access to modify that property. I agree with that. But giving the client Manager access has created too many problems and also caused a lot of restores from backups. Designer is a little better and has greatly reduced the number of restores, but the client can still change or remove the template name in the database properties. I would like to give our clients "editor" access, however, they can't enable their Out Of Office agent with editor access -- it has to be at least Designer. I'd like to see this issue addressed in Lotus Notes.

If you are using R5, users can enable their out of office agent even though they are only editor. You must have AdminP deployed in your organization though. When the user turns on the out of office it generates an admin p request for the server to turn on the agent on behalf of the user.
