Good idea to change the name of the Domino admin server?

We have a mail server in our domain and we are thinking of changing the machine and upgrading it to Windows 2000. (Currently it is running NT4.0 and Domino 5.08.) Do you think it would be an easy enough task to change the name of the server? This server is the administrative server. I have three other servers in the domain and around 300 people on the server. The down time would have to be minimum.
If you are concerned about downtime, then don't change the Domino name. You can change the NT/2000 name; that isn't a problem. Just make sure all DNS entries are updated. Changing a Domino name, especially the administration server, requires a lot of planning and preparation. If people access the server, it can be even more daunting. Changing icons can be problematic. You can try it, but if time is running short, I wouldn't do it.
