Guidelines for R5 development naming conventions

I am looking for guidelines regarding Domino R5 development : e.g. naming conventions in LotusScript, naming design elements, using reader/author fields, whatever development issue can be addressed. Within Rijk Zwaan, the company I'm working for in The Netherlands, we are looking for a way to setup our own development standards (initially focused on 'pure' Notes applications), but I can imagine that a set of (preferred) standards has already been issued by experienced Domino developers.
Go to www.notes.net and perform a search on "standards" in the "Notes Gold Forum" section. You will find many documents outlining what some have done to implement standards for their applications.
