How can I attach a standard disclaimer to outgoing e-mails?

What is the most effective way to add a disclaimer to outgoing e-mails from Notes clients in such a way that users do not have to paste it themselves into their signature line but is done from the server for them?
This is such a popular request that it was added as standard functionality in the Domino Administrator client in beta version 7.0. (Note: Until the product is officially released, there is no guarantee that any beta functionality will be available in the final product).

In the meantime, read How to add a standard disclaimer into all outgoing SMTP messages in Domino.
