Q

How can I pre-populate questions in an e-mail from a link?

I am building a technical Web site. I have a contact page in which the user will have to submit common problem areas. When they click on my e-mail link, I need the body of the e-mail to populate with 12 questions that they can answer. I already have it for the subject line. Any ideas as to how I do this?
Don't use a mailto link. Instead let the user fill in a Domino form containing your questions. When the form is submitted, you could let a WebQuerySave agent mail the contents of the form to you.

There IS a way of populating the Body field, but it's not cross-browser, and I am not sure that you can have 12 questions in this tag (too much text):

mailto:someone@somewhere.com?subject=Bla-la&body=text%20for%20someone
