Q

How can a user see a group name in the To field, not the individual users in that group?

I have tried a workaround for restricting the users to send mails to certain groups. I created another address book containing only that group. Then I created a local replica for certain allowed users and included that in the address lookup for their Lotus Notes client settings.

But the requirement of the user is that if he sends the mail to that group, then the recipient should only see that group name in the To column and not the entire list of people in that group? How can we solve this?
Add a field with the name ExpandPersonalGroups to the Memo form with a text value of 0 in the field and the group will not expand.
