I would probably create a view, let's call it allmailcatbyname. Let the first column contain the username; let the column be sorted and categorized. In the next columns you can display the subject or whatever you need. Then access the view with a URL like this: http: + "//insert proper path/database.nsf/allmailbycatname?openview&restricttocategory=" + @username. The user will not see the first column -- he will only see the mail documents that are within the category that is his username.
