How many fields/sub-forms can be embedded on a form?

What is the maximum number of fields and sub-forms that can me embedded on a form? Thanks in advance!
It is limited to 10 MB of memory in the operating system. I have never come close to approaching this limit, and it is highly subjective to what your fields and sub-forms entail.
