I inherited three Domino 4.6 mail servers to look after, one of which is getting unstable. I would like to move the users over to the other servers. Once I move their mail files, what else would I need to do to ensure that they will be able send/receive mail?
You need to move their mail files, change their person records, make sure their location documents are pointed to the new server and have them get the new icon on their workspace. You will be fine after that. The AdminP "move user" request works great, and takes care of all of this for you.
