Identifying incompatible product versions

Is there a list of incompatible versions of WebSphere, Domino and Workplace? We learned by trial and error that SSO using LDAP works for WebSphere 5.0.2 with Lotus Domino 6.0, but not with other 6.X versions.
The best source for this type of information is the release notes of the individual products. It's unlikely that you'll find a list of incompatible product versions, but you will get a list of supported versions of other products. An effective (but time-consuming) way to approach this is to create a table that lists each product and shows which versions of the other products are supported. You'll be able to cross-reference and determine which combinations are not supported. That doesn't mean that they are incompatible, but should any compatibility issues be found, support would not be available to resolve those issues.
