Is it possible to use one internet IP address to access different mail servers

I wanted to know if its possible to use one internet IP address, and have access to different mail servers in the domain? Our current configuration only has 1 server in our domain, which can be accessed by the internet. Is there any way that you can access peoples mail files on a different server in the same domain? If so, how would this be done?
The IP addr from the internet should point to a server which is created as a passthru server. This single server then points to other servers that mail can be accessed on.
