Is there an LCLSX function with ND6 that can connect to SQL 2000?

I am considering upgrading our company to ND6; however, some important databases utilize an LCLSX OLEDB Connector to MS SQL 2000 and I cannot lose this functionality when migrating. Is there an LCLSX function with ND6 that I can use to handle this? The budget will not allow for the purchase of LEI.
The OLEDB connector is still available in 6.0 thru 6.5. Should it become unavailable at some point in the future, you'll be able to use ODBC.
