LEI replication problem

I have an issue with LEI. I have two replica databases across two servers say A,B. I have an LEI server (back end to Oracle8) connected to server A. When I create new documents in server B and then replicate to server A. The new document is added to the Oracle server. But when I start doing modifications on the same document in server B, after the second modification and replication only the Notes document in server A is getting updated. (The first modification and replication works perfectly.)
LEI Replication works by identifying one or more keys on each side of the replication scenario, in this case it's Oracle on one side and Notes on the other. What is required is that the key field(s) contain persistent values. I would suspect that one of your keys is changing when you perform and edit/save operation on the document. Is one of your keys a date/time field? If so, make sure it is set to Computed when Composed and not Computed. Also, if you are using a time/date field and are trying to accomplish what is referred to as Timestamp replication (the "real" way to do replication), then you should take a careful look at the LEI documentation on Replication and see the details on using Timestamps. Also, you should note that the first run of a Replication Activity is almost identical to a Direct Transfer. So, the first run almost always works unless you have a datatype mismatch or data overflow issues.
