Locating mail databases

Our server has only 1.5 GB left from 150 GB (that is reserved for mail-databases) and the problem is that vi have mail-databases that belong to users that have left our company. How can i find a way to locate mail databases that doesen't belong to a registred user?

Grateful for answer.
I use a piece of software from 'Help Software' called Database Activity. This tool will not match NAB entries to db's which exist on the server, but it will allow you to find out which databases have been used and get rid of the ones which have not.
