Locked out of database after installing Sametime 2.0

This is tangentially a Sametime 2.0 question. I installed Sametime 2.0 over an existing server within our single domain environment. Now I am trying to set up the single server authentication via tokens and the documentation says to replicate two databases to each server: stautht.nsf and stauths.nsf. stautht.nsf was no problem, but stauths.nsf has everyone in our domain locked out of it. So, there is no way to get it replicating with other servers in the domain. Is there something we missed during install or some way to unlock this database? We have tried to open it at the server with no luck, using admin ids and the server id. Is there a group that should have been created in our NAB that was not? Any help or guidance would be appreciated. This question has been posed on Notes.Net a couple times by other people with no clear answer so I assume it is fairly common.
I didn't have this problem with Sametime, but I can only suggest trying to down the server and run at the database locally via a drive mapping. If you tried that and it failed, then I don't have a way of helping you. If you have to reinstall, look at the stauths.ntf and see what entries are in it. You will want to put your admin group in that ACL with [] entries so that the group is put into the ACL of the nsf when it is created.
