I need help.
This sounds odd. I need a more thorough description of what is going on. If a browser is logged out, and then it tries to access something that's not available to "Anonymous", then you will be asked to enter a name+password, and if the site design displays the @Username, then the username displayed will be the one entered in the name+password login form. And this will certainly be the case if the browser is logged out again.
It could be something in the Web design, but more details are needed.
