Make Notes mail database available offline

How is it possible to have the Notes mail database available offline so that my users can create e-mails and access their address books without being connected to the network? My mobile users would like to be able to create e-mails on the fly without dialing into the network, and have them send (or replicate) the next time they connect to the network.

This is a basic notes item that is clearly explained in the Notes Help database. It would take me too long to explain this in detail. Look up the subject 'Making a Local Replica' in the notes help for assistance. You could also go to any bookstore and get a basic Notes help book that would explain how to do this as well.
