Missing Create --> Site Profile option

How do I create a site profile using the Lotus Notes reservation resource database that does not have the Create --> Site Profile option? If I already have the resources and the rooms created, is there a way that I can tie those resources/rooms to a new site?
First, I'm pretty sure your resource database does have the ability to create site profile documents -- you just lack authorization. To quote the Domino Administrator help: "Make sure that you have Manager access and the [CreateResource] role in the ACL of the Resource Reservations database." If this option is somehow missing, update the database design from the Rooms and Resources template to restore it.

For the second question -- other than manually editing each resource document, it doesn't look like the default design of the Rooms and Resources provides a way to move resources en masse to a different site. You could, of course, write your own agent to provide this function. This agent must take into account that the site name is stored in multiple places in the document (not just in the Site field). Also, there's special code associated with the "Save and Close" action button on the resource form, to update the address book via Adminp. You will need to copy parts of it into your agent.

I think it's probably less trouble to just edit the documents manually.
