Moving to a new Windows NT server

We just purchased new Windows NT servers for our Domino server environment. I want to know what will be the best way to move our old Domino server to the new servers without being down for a long time. Our old servers are NT too.
Name your old server something else first and give it a different IP address. Then copy everything over to it from the old box. Shut down the old box then rename the new server and give it the other server's IP address. Reboot and you are running as if nothing happened.
