What is the strategy to implement the security arrangement for the online banking serviced?
I am not sure if you are asking this in the context of Domino or for a traditional banking mainframe computer. In any event, here are my thoughts....
Domino -- A Domino server is not suitable for banking operations. It is not designed for this purpose and does not have the appropriate transaction control mechanisms. If you try to write Domino transaction code yourself (with form events for instance) you will go nuts and still won't get it right. One way that Domino MIGHT be useful is as a companion service to a banking mainframe. The Domino server might store some customer information, or serve some customer data to the web, but it must be controlled by mainframe software that is designed for banking.
Mainframe -- If your question is about setting up a mainframe transaction system for banking, you should look at middleware that is designed for this purpose. One such system is CICS from IBM. Be aware that setting up these systems is very complex, expensive, and requires lots of specialized knowledge. Click here for more info http://www.ibm.com/software/ts/cics/.
