Only one Domino server shows on Domino Administrator

We have a Win2k server. We are installing a Domino partitioned server, one NIC, two IP addresses. One server uses port 8080 and one server uses port 8081. We can open two different Web pages (two http tasks are running), but just one Domino server. From the Domino Administrator just one server is running, and the error message is saying something about "the server you connected to has a different name from the one requested". Thanks a lot.
It sounds like you don't have the proper notes.ini parameters in there to tell the servers which IP addresses they should use. The parameter TCPIP_TCPIPAddress=0, n.n.n.n:1352 needs to be in each ini file, where n.n.n.n is the IP address for that partition.
