I don't know of any specific problems, and I didn't find any SPRs regarding this, but Notes does not print in tables very well. If there are tables, that could be the problem. If there is some HTML code at the top, it could be throwing the printing off. It could also be the printer. Try a different printer, if that is possible. If that fails, you can try upgrading the client and mail file to R5.0.6a. Perhaps there was an undocumented fix in the code stream.
