I have users on Notes R5.x that send out meeting invitations and use that function to create a calendar entry. When an invitee responds, the Owner Actions > View Participant Status is properly updated. If the meeting owner deletes the memos that accepting or declining a meeting invitation automatically generates, the Owner Actions > View Participant Status changes from Accept/Decline to No Response. On other PCs, deleting the Invitee response has no effect on the participant status.
Deleting the invitee response SHOULD turn the view participant status to "No Response." The button queries the chair's mail file for the response documents. If those are deleted, it will appear as a non-response. My guess is that the people who still seem to see the responses are not deleting the documents, but simply removing them from the inbox.
