Passthru problem

I can successfully Passthru via a Domino WEB server "Web" to one of our internal Domino servers "App", but when I try to Passthru to a different internal Domino server "Dev" keep getting the dreaded "not a known TCP/IP host" message. Why should I be able to get through to one internal server "App" but not to the other server "Dev"? Would you please list ALL of the location/connection documents that should exist both on my local Notes Client and in the three servers' Domino Directory databases? Could network topology and/or firewall configurations cause such a problem?
There are too many issues here to troubleshoot on the description, but you need to make sure that Dev is setup as a passthru server, it allows connections from Web, and you are an authorized passthru user. You would need a connection document of type passthru from Web to Dev. If the access is setup, and the firewall allows the traffic to flow, and your servers can see each other via the network, etc., it should work.
