'Person' won't stay deleted

We are trying to delete a person through "Delete Person" action button in NAB, but we are not able to delete the ID. The person document gets deleted for a moment but then comes back. We tried through Action --> Delete Person, but the results are the same.

This deletion is being attempted on the administration server itself, which also happens to be the registration server, as well as the home mail server of the user. Even if I temporarily disable replication on NAB on this server, it still won't work.

I have closely monitored the AdminP and approved the mail file deletion request and it successfully deleted mail files (and replicas) on all the servers it found a replica copy, but the person document itself is still remaining. Any suggestions on this will be appreciated.
Well, that is an odd occurrence. I am not sure how to help you here other than to tell you to check the basics. Make sure you and the server have deletion authority. I would rebuild the views of the directory to make sure it isn't some corrupt view coming through. Other than that, I can't offer a solution without seeing it happen myself.
