Preparing for an administration server shutdown

We have few servers spread around the world; we are going to shut down one of them for a week (due to an office move). It is the administration server. What should we do in preparation?
If you must bring it down, then make sure any and all servers that use it as a mail routing or replication hub have an alternate way of getting their information around the world. If it is your replication hub, I would suspend name changes and new additions as well -- you won't have time to chase down missing records due to a lack of replication.
