A user is complaining that when he prints from Lotus Notes it is missing the top five lines of the page (to, from, subject, etc.). Nobody else is having this problem; everyone uses the same printer. Any idea what could be happening here?
One possibility is that this user's copy of the Memo form (in mail file) contains some hide-when formulas on the header. Perhaps the hide-when property is set to not display this area during printing.
