The "Folder has no freespace" is a new one to me. It sounds like the DB might contain either a corrupt view, folder, or deletion stub. Can you make a new replica of the database? If you can, I would do that and move that new replica into production to replace the version that is giving you errors. You could also try purging all deletion stubs by modifying the cutoff date to today, changing the "Remove documents older than" property to one day (don't check the property, just modify the number) and then compact the database.
