Is there any way to put a view on a bookmark bar?
Open the view you wish to bookmark and choose "create bookmark." When the dialog opens, highlight the bookmark bar in the "Add to" window and select View in the "As type" drop-down list.
Note: When you are in a frameset, as you are when looking at your inbox, you are not in a view but in a frameset, and only Default is available from the "As Type" drop-down list.
