i) How does it find out what all servers in that domain have the mail file?
ii) Will it delete the mail database in all replicas irrespective of the current server's access to other servers in that domain?
iii) What will happen if there is a database in a server that is replicating thru a pass-thru server?
AdminP should be replicated in every server in your domain. The mail file deletion request you are talking about simply goes to every server and gives it the replica ID. If a DB is found to match it, it tries to delete it. The requestor and the server (that server, not just the "admin" server) need to have manager rights to the DB, so you must have your Admin group and LocalDomainServers in every mail file ACL as a Manager. As for passthru, it shouldn't matter as long as the admin4.nsf DB is replicated to it, and the server has manager access to the file in question.
