QuickPlace can't keep up with Notes/Domino upgrades

When will QuickPlace be able to keep up with Notes/Domino upgrades? We have been using QuickPlace for years -- the updates have become slower, even at crucial times (e.g., 5.10 [XP certified] with 3.0 was slow). Domino 6 still doesn't have a compatible version. We can't wait that long -- QuickPlace is not supported separately from our Domino server, so it is slowing us down from being current. We are looking at our options to move away from it, even though I'd rather not.
Yes, I agree with you that it would be nice if the product groups could be more in sync. Unfortunately, I don't believe this will get much better in the near term. The development of QuickPlace will continue to lag on base server support. The answer IBM gives, and I would also recommend, is to run the QP server on a separate Domino server. Your license for QuickPlace allows this. Keep your mail/app Domino 6 production server up-to-date with the MRs and add the QP 3.0 server on a 5.0.11 instance. The Domino 6 address book will work fine across both servers.
