Replication methods

I have a main server and four different servers which are replicating with main. I make changes in one of the forms in the main server and mail it to all located server. They get mail first and the replicated copy after 30 mins as the main server has a replication time of 25-30 mins. So when a user checks mail with doclink the replication is not completed. How can I reduce time or do so well that when they got mail ,should get doclink too? What are diiferent methods?

I work in a large organization and besides delaying the mail (which would not be a satisfactory approach) all you can do is increase the replication frequency. This creates problems of its own, though, because it violates the intent of batch processing and significantly slows down your servers and eats up network bandwidth. You may just have to let your users know that there is a replication delay and that some links will not be available immediately. I know it doesn't sound good but that is what we have had to settle on.
