Restrict a workstation or DB so no one can export data

Is there a way in R5.0.8 to restrict a workstation or database, so that no one can export data? I am trying to secure a contact management system so that those leaving us for our competition have a "hard time" stealing information.
Within a specific form, you can disable the ability to copy or print documents seen through that form. See Form / Properties / Security / Disable print/forward/copy. But be aware that this only works from the form level. If you are looking at a list of contacts at the view level (which is common), it is still possible to print the view. One trick, which I found on Notes.net, is to hide all the views and display views only when embedded in a Notes form. This gives you some more control over printing of views. But keep in mind that if someone can see a list of contacts on their computer screen, they can find a way (without too much trouble) to print or copy that list somehow.
