Sending e-mail to a group without everyone seeing all the names

Is it possible to send e-mail to a group without each recipient seeing the others to whom the mail was sent, other than putting the group in the "bcc:" field?
Yes, but it requires a modification to the memo form. Here is the answer from the Lotus Knowledgebase.

You can use the steps below to prevent personal group names from expanding.

1. In your mail file (or the mail file of the appropriate user), access the Design of the *Memo form. (Alternately, if you are a system administrator, you can choose to put the field in the Mail Template - to propagate the change to all users.)

2. Create a text field with the name ExpandPersonalGroups. Place this field in the Always Hidden section, at the top of the memo.

3. In the formula box, set the value of the field equal to "0."

Alternately, you can set this field up as a keyword list, with the following items as the list:

Expand | 1
Don't Expand | 0

This allows you to pick "Expand" or "Don't Expand" while Notes reads the "1" or the "0."
