You need to set the outbound control as well as the inbound. For outbound sessions, simply put your domain or your IP range there for authorized senders. Leave the Deny list empty. Then for Outbound, put your people as the only authorized people. As for your second question, very few systems are going to allow return receipts for internet mail. I haven't seen one that lets it happen, so I wouldn?t waste your time on configuring or testing it.
