You could either use an agent using the Notes Newsletter feature in Simple Actions, or write a LotusScript agent like the following... If you have access to create scheduled agents on your mail-enabled server, you can create an agent that will perhaps get a NotesDocumentCollection using NotesDatabase.Search([date]). You can then iterate through that collection and for each document you want to send a reminder, create a new NotesDocument object and call its send method using the username of the recipient for that document.
