Show different db framesets to different groups of users

How can I open a certain frameset when I open a database? We have defined several kinds of users. When different kind of users open the database, we wish to show different frameset to them. Because the function we offered to the different kind is not the same, it is all-dependent on the user's role. I know we can use @command([opennavigator]) to show different interfaces to them. But how can I open different frameset append to their roles?
You could create documents that are auto framed based on their unique contents and use them as launching documents. You could then use a database open script to launch the appropriate document for the specific user.
