I have a user on our intranet that received an Internet e-mail. The user replied to that e-mail. What has now happened is that the replied e-mail is bouncing back to our user with a blank To: in the address field. The user receives about 30 of these e-mails a day. How do I stop this e-mail from bouncing?
We are using Domino/AS400 Ver5.07 with Notes Client 5.07
Over the weekend or in the off hours, you need to stop the router on the server and delete any of these bouncing messages. Once you get rid of all the bouncing messages there shouldn't be any more problems.
