Store Web attachments in RTF document

Is there a way to submit attachments from the Web and have them stored in RTF in the document?

This is especially useful when multiple attachments are to be added. You would want to add them to the relevant areas, not just at the bottom.

Instead of placing in an RT field, one workaround for this would be to hide the attachments ($V2AttachmentOptions=0). Then use @Attachments and @AttachmentNames type functions to manually build links on the page in fields where you want them to display.
