I have just created a new Domino domain. I also just added a server and clustered the two servers. When I register a new user I go to the Mail tab and select "Create file replica" and pick the other server. When I look at the other server's mail files, the users mail.nsf file has a "title" similar to this: 85256E2A:00463B60. It also appears that the policy settings are not taking affect. Can you explain why this is happening?
Two possible ideas:
- Are you creating the replica before the first copy is fully initialized? Try waiting until the user has opened and used their mail file, before creating the replica.
- Is there a permission problem, so that the servers cannot exchange all information about the database? The servers should have Manager access to each other.
